3. Ordering and Payment

3.2 Payment
- Payment is required at the time of order placement

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to the greater Seattle metropolitan area. Specific delivery zones and availability can be verified during checkout. Extended delivery areas may be available for corporate and event orders.
4.2 Delivery Times
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
- Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed
- Specific timed deliveries require advance notice and may incur additional fees
- Holiday and peak season deliveries may have modified schedules
4.3 Delivery Attempts
- One delivery attempt will be made to the specified address
- If recipient is unavailable, arrangements will be left in a safe location if possible
- Redelivery may be available for an additional fee
- We are not responsible for arrangements left per delivery instructions
4.4 Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided, redelivery fees will apply. PetalsOnPoint is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Product Quality and Substitutions

We are committed to delivering premium quality floral arrangements. All flowers are inspected for freshness and quality before delivery.
5.2 Substitutions
- Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value
- We maintain the style, color scheme, and value of the original design
- Containers may be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value
- For no-substitution orders, please contact us directly
5.3 Product Images
Product images are representative. Actual arrangements may vary due to the natural variations in flowers and seasonal availability.
6. Cancellations and Changes
6.1 Order Changes
- Orders can be modified up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery
- Same-day orders cannot be modified once processing begins

6.2 Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery

- Subscription services require 7 days notice for cancellation

- Net 30 payment terms for approved accounts
